JPMorgan Chase has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit filed by an unnamed Epstein victim late last year alleging that the financial firm knowingly benefited from former client Jeffrey Epstein's sex-trafficking, resolving a large part of litigation. The bank agreed to pay $290 million to end the case and stop the damage to its reputation. Jes Staley, an executive with JPMorgan, is accused of brutally raping the anonymous plaintiff ‘Jane Doe’ in Epstein's Island.
Deutsche Bank had already settled with another trafficking victim represented by the same lawyers to the tune of $75 million.

In a video that has gone viral and then some, Peter Flaherty of the National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) stepped up to the microphone at the recent Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting in Omaha, Nebraska, but his mic was suddenly cut and he was promptly arrested as soon as he brought up Bill Gates' connection to Jeffrey Epstein. Mr. Flaherty also mentioned that the billionaires backed critical race theory (CRT) and the trans agenda. Flaherty said that he was arrested for trespassing, which is ironic because not only was he listed on the program, but he is a shareholder who brought a resolution, which gave him enhanced rights. He said that he may pursue legal action as he believes he was falsely arrested and is a victim of malicious prosecution.

Jeffrey Epstein's calendar is revealing secrets years after the billionaire's death in a New York prison. The meetings took place after Epstein's sex crime conviction and many of them met him at his Manhattan townhouse. William Burns, who was appointed as the Director of the CIA by Biden in 2021, appeared in Epstein's calendar in 2014 when he was serving as the deputy secretary of state under Obama. Rolling Stone wrote, “Rumors and accusations have long swirled around Epstein that he was some kind of intelligence asset.” He had been accused of blackmailing politicians for the Israeli Mossad. Kathryn Ruemmler, who served as a White House counsel to President Obama, had “dozens” of meetings with Epstein between leaving the federal government and joining Goldman Sachs. She introduced him to banker Ariane de Rothschild who also met with him many times. The documents uncovered by the WSJ showed that Epstein also had meetings arranged with former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, Bard College President Leon Botstein, author Noam Chomsky, movie director Woody Allen and Joshua Cooper Ramo, then co-CEO of Henry Kissinger's consulting firm.

Prison workers who were guarding Jeffrey Epstein admit to falsifying records — but avoid jail time in deal with prosecutors
The prison workers who were tasked with guarding Jeffrey Epstein when he committed suicide admitted to falsifying records but they will avoid jail because of the deal they struck with federal prosecutors.
Authorities said Friday that Tova Noel and Michael Thomas struck a deferred prosecution agreement with prosecutors after being charged with lying on prison records.
Epstein was awaiting trial at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City when he was found unresponsive in his cell in August 2019. He was under suicide watch and was supposed to be closely monitored to prevent the possibility of his taking his own life.
Under the agreement with the Justice Department, Noel and Thomas will be subject to a supervised release, will complete 100 hours of community service, and have to cooperate fully with a continuing investigation.

Epstein's Autopsy ‘Points to Homicide,’ Pathologist Hired by Brother Claims
A forensic pathologist hired by Jeffrey Epstein's brother disputed the official finding in the autopsy of his death, claiming on Wednesday that the evidence suggested that he did not take his own life but may have been strangled.
The New York City medical examiner's office concluded in August that Mr. Epstein had hanged himself in his jail cell while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
But the private pathologist, Dr. Michael Baden, said on the morning TV show ‘Fox & Friends’ that Mr. Epstein, 66, experienced a number of injuries — among them a broken bone in his neck — that “are extremely unusual in suicidal hangings and could occur much more commonly in homicidal strangulation.”
“I think that the evidence points to homicide rather than suicide,&rdquo said Dr. Baden, who observed the autopsy done by city officials.

“I was greatly impressed with his demeanor, his ability to understand complex securities underwritings and sales to investors,&rdquo says Steven Hoffenburg, a former Wall Street executive of Epstein's role in the infamous Towers Financial collapse when Hoffenburg was a chief executive officer.
“He was also broke. He was literally without funds because he got into trouble in Europe.&rdquo Hoffenburg claimed that Epstein became involved in criminal activity including “money laundering, spying and arms deals in different countries overseas&rdquo to make money long before he ever got involved with Towers Financial.
“Jeffrey Epstein participated full time and was a mastermind in that par of the Towers Financial crimes,&rdquo Hoffenburg explains in the podcast. In 1993, when the Ponzi scheme crumbled, Hoffenburg was sentenced to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine and $463 million in restitution.
Epstein, however, managed to evade charges. Instead, he went on to make millions, and to this day, it's unclear exactly how he did this.

After Jeffrey Epstein's latest arrest on sex trafficking charges, some famous people may be squirming. His notorious little black book and private-jet manifests contained a long list of boldface names, including Victoria's Secret mogul Leslie Wexner and former president Bill Clinton.
To be sure, Epstein's contact list includes many prominent people, both men and women, who are fixtures in the celebrity party scene.
The black book contains more than 1,000 names, ranging from close friends like Wexner to peripheral contacts from the worlds of politics, business, the media and European high society. The U.K.'s Prince Andrew and members of the Trump family make appearances. There's even an entry for the main number to the White House.
The names include well known performers, including Ralph Fiennes, Alec Baldwin, David Blaine, Jimmy Buffett and Courtney Love; media figures including Charlie Rose, Mike Wallace and Barbara Walters; former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak, former British prime minister Tony Blair, industrialist David Koch and the late Salomon Brothers chief executive officer John Gutfreund and his wife, Susan.
Although the alleged crimes date back to 2002, new information continues to arise. Epstein's little black book was published by Gawker in 2015, years after he pleaded guilty in Florida for soliciting an underage prostitute. On Saturday the FBI, using a crowbar on one of the most expensive properties in Manhattan, executed a search warrant on Epstein's Manhattan townhouse.
Agents gathered a “vast trove of lewd photographs of young–looking women or girls&rdquo according to prosecutors, who urged a judge not to release Epstein on bail. The FBI agents also discovered compact discs labeled “Misc nudes” and “Girl pics nude.”

Bill Gates is hoping to ride out the storm, one week after it was revealed he had hitched a ride on Jeffrey Epstein's plane.
The billionaire was the chairman of Microsoft at the time he traveled with Epstein on the Lolita Express in 2013, four years after the pedophile served time for soliciting a minor under the age of 18 for sex.
Flight records reveal that Gates flew with Epstein from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey to Palm Beach on March 1, 2013, one of the few flights that year where pilot Larry Viskoski recorded the name of a passenger.
A representative for Gates has not responded to requests for comment, beyond claiming that the once–richest man in the world never had any financial or charitable ties to Epstein.

According to this week's indictment, Jeffrey Epstein's abuse of dozens of minors mostly occurred at his residences in Manhattan and Palm Beach, but another critical setting for his predatory activities was on his private Boeing 727 plane, a midsize, three–engine commercial jet airliner nicknamed the “Lolita Express.&rdquo He allegedly used the plane to shuttle underage girls between New York and Palm Beach, and an employee would be onboard to “ensure that minor victims were available for encounters upon his arrival.&rdquo
Here's what we know about the “Lolita Express&rdquo: What activities allegedly occurred on Epstein's jet?
In 2015, victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre filed a lawsuit against Epstein, claiming that he recruited her as a “sex slave&rdquo at the age of 15, sexually abusing her for years in his private jet as well as his various residences in New York, New Mexico, Florida, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. In an interview with the Daily Mail, Giuffre said he “always took care of paying&rdquo her after she “entertained&rdquo his friends. Her alleged abusers included British royal Prince Andrew as well as Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz; both of their names appeared on flight logs from Epstein's planes that were published by Gawker after Giuffre's filing. In her affidavit, Giuffre claimed to have had sex with Dershowitz on Epstein's airplane with another girl present.
Dershowitz, a former attorney for Epstein, appeared on flight logs 11 times, but has denied the accusations made by Giuffre, calling them an “outrageous lie.&rdquo He filed a motion against Giuffre in 2015, stating that the allegations were “ginned up&rdquo for the media. “I was on that plane on several occasions as the manifests will show, but never under circumstances where it would have been possible to have sex with Jane Doe #3,&rdquo Dershowitz's statement read. “On a couple of occasions I was on his plane with my wife and daughter. There were never any young girls on the plane during any of my trips.&rdquo Dershowitz also told CNN, “I certainly didn't have sex on an airplane. I am not a member of the Mile High Club.&rdquo Responding to the sex–trafficking charges against Epstein, Dershowitz told the Daily Beast that he would wait to see the evidence before commenting, adding that he hadn't been in touch with Epstein “for a long time.&rdquo
The jet allegedly had a bed installed where group sex with young girls would occur. Chauntae Davies, a woman who was hired by Epstein as a masseuse and frequently flew on the plane acting as an air hostess, confirmed in an interview with Inside Edition that there was a bed on the plane. She said she was one of several young women who were hired to travel with Epstein to give massages or yoga instruction to him and his friends, though she never had sex with him. “On almost every trip that I did go on there were young girls around,&rdquo she said.

The flight logs, which detailed trips taken between 1997 and 2005, featured several prominent names as well as ones that were misspelled or missing a surname. Some of these included former president Bill Clinton, former national security adviser Sandy Berger, former Colombian president Andrés Pastrana, Naomi Campbell, and former Harvard president Larry Summers, among others. Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's associate and former girlfriend, who is accused of helping to recruit the underage girls, was also present during many of his trips.
In 2002, Clinton, Kevin Spacey, and Chris Tucker flew to Africa on Epstein's plane as part of project to raise awareness about poverty and the AIDS crisis. “Jeffrey is both a highly successful financier and a committed philanthropist with a keen sense of global markets and an in–depth knowledge of 21st–century science,&rdquo Clinton said of Epstein in an interview with New York Magazine at the time. “I especially appreciated his insights and generosity during the recent trip to Africa to work on democratization, empowering the poor, citizen service, and combating HIV/AIDS.&rdquo
Davies was also on the flight to Africa, and recalled that she made peanut–butter–and–jelly sandwiches for Clinton, Spacey, and Tucker. She also said that Clinton took her shopping when they landed in Africa, but nothing improper occurred. “They had shut down a jewelry store for us and I helped him pick out a bracelet for Chelsea,&rdquo she said.
On July 8, Clinton issued a statement regarding the charges against Epstein. “President Clinton knows nothing about the terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago, or those with which he has been recently charged in New York,&rdquo it read, stating that the former president took “a total of four trips on Jeffrey Epstein’s airplane&rdquo in 2002 and 2003. However, flight logs show Clinton had been on the plane 12 times, though it may be at least twice that amount.
