NEW YORK – As a student at Harvard Law School, then-bachelor Barack Obama's practice of wearing a gold band on his wedding-ring finger puzzled his colleagues.
Now, newly published photographs of Obama from the 1980s show that the ring Obama wore on his wedding-ring finger as an unmarried student is the same ring Michelle Robinson put on his finger at the couple's wedding ceremony in 1992.
Moreover, according to Arabic-language and Islamic experts, the ring Obama has been wearing for more than 30 years is adorned with the first part of the Islamic declaration of faith, the Shahada: “There is no god except Allah.”

This is the first of three articles on the criminal complaint that scanner–expert Doug Vogt filed last week with the FBI.An international expert on scanners and document–imaging software filed a 22–page criminal complaint with the FBI, charging that the long–form birth certificate released by the White House is criminally fraudulent.
"What the Obama administration released is a PDF image that they are trying to pass off as a Certificate of Live Birth Long Form printed on green security paper by the Hawaiian Health Department," Doug Vogt writes, "but this form is a created forgery."
Vogt's criminal complaint asserts: "I have irrefutable proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011, is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs, and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense."
When the Obama birth certificate "forgery" comes to the public's attention, Vogt continues, "It will surpass all previous scandals including the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration."
Since 1993, Vogt has owned Archive Index Systems Inc., in Bellevue, Wash., a company that sells a wide variety of document scanners worldwide and develops document imaging software.
Before that, Vogt owned Nova Typesetting for 11 years.

Vogt says that the curved surface on the left margin of the Obama birth certificate suggests the county employee who did the original scanning of the document did not take the individual page out of the binder.
"The result is that all the pages in that book display a parallax distorted image of the lines and type," he says.

Once again a damming file about obama gets corrupted despite my best efforts.America finds itself rocked once again by post racial violence in the era of "Hope and Change," stoked by a president content to fan the flames before facts or motivations are known in ongoing investigations.
Back–to–back shootings of young African–American men, this time in Baton Rouge and St. Paul, captivated social media. The shootings certainly looked bad, but judging what is on a Facebook Live video is something for social media pundits, not sitting presidents.
The nation then sat by and watched as police officers in Dallas were gunned down by a group of suspects, with one perpetrator reportedly inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement and angry at the shootings that led up to this.
Before the facts were determined in either St. Paul or Baton Rouge, President Obama was on television making broad statements about the practices of law enforcement nationwide. Not that allowing an official investigation to take its course has mattered much to him before. Here is a short history of Obama's habit of jumping to conclusions when it comes to the police:
The first instance where the media teed up a question on race for our first post–racial healer–in–chief came in 2009, when police were called to the home of Henry Louis Gates, a friend of Obama's and a professor at Harvard, after a neighbor reported a break–in (when they saw Gates struggling to enter his own home). Police arrived on the scene, and Gates was arrested after he became uncooperative.
Obama, during a press conference two days later, was asked about the incident and famously responded, “I don't know, not having been there and not seeing all the facts, what role race played in that. But I think it's fair to say, number one, any of us would be pretty angry; number two, that the Cambridge police acted stupidly in arresting somebody when there was already proof that they were in their own home.”
The July 16, 2009, arrest of black Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. was arrested by a white police officer caused such an uproar that the nation turned to its Healer in Chief to bridge the racial divide. Or not really. When the President was asked his opinion on the matter during a press conference a few days later, he remarked that he thought the Cambridge, Mass., police department had acted "stupidly." The apparent side-taking — Obama later backtracked, explaining that he didn't mean to imply that the arresting officer, Sergeant James Crowley, was stupid, just that the entire situation was — coupled with questions over why the leader of the free world should be compelled to mediate a minor local law-enforcement issue, filled the empty late-summer airwaves with anti-Obama rhetoric. What everybody needed, the President offered, was a nice, cold beer.
The "beer summit" arranged between Obama, Crowley and Gates was refreshingly down to earth and could have been a publicity coup except for one thing: the media were invited. The three men (plus Joe Biden) sat around a strategically placed table, each drinking his favorite brew, as the press corps watched from across the White House lawn. Instead of a laid-back meeting of minds, the meeting came off looking like a publicity stunt. And what was Biden doing there anyway?
It then came to light that Gates refused to give responding officers his identity and became belligerent with the officer on scene, Sgt. James Crowley, who arrested Gates for disorderly conduct.
When faced with criticism from law enforcement unions for his premature comments, Obama called the situation a "teachable moment" for the country (but not himself) and invited both Gates and Crowley to the White House for a "beer summit" to patch things up.
The punchline came when it was revealed Crowley taught a racial profiling course at the Lowell Police Academy and received high praise from officers of color that knew him.
The police shooting that spawned Black Lives Matter and the media's love affair with race riots. Brown was confronted by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson after Brown assaulted and robbed a local store. The confrontation became physical, and at the end of it Brown was shot dead by Wilson.
Wilson was cleared of any wrong doing by both a grand jury and Eric Holder's Justice Department when both determined Brown had initiated the physical confrontation by attempting to secure Wilson's gun. The incident and the protest riots that followed were covered heavily by activist, ear–plug–happy members of media who propagated the symbolic myth of "Hands of up, don't shoot," a reference to Brown's supposed posture at the time of a fatal shooting (that the Washington Post deemed the biggest lie of 2015). The DOJ concluded that Brown did not have his hands up in a surrendering manner at any time during the altercation.
None of this, however, dissuaded the Obama administration from sending an official White House delegation to Brown's funeral prior to the conclusion of the investigation. Wilson was given his walking papers and forced to move his family out of Ferguson.
Obama makes no secret of his admiration for Al Sharpton. Sharpton is a frequent White House guest and advisor on policy. He also just happens to be one of the most notorious race–mongering police haters in modern American history, whether he's calling for the murder of police at Keen College or leading protest marches with chants about wanting dead cops.
If there's a grievance to be had and a dollar to be made, Al will always be there.
Protests in 2014 over the seemingly unnecessary death of Eric Garner at the hands of New York City police boiled over, culminating in the execution–style murders of two NYC police officers by someone who claimed to be motivated by the BLM movement. Their funerals were marked by almost the entire NYPD police force turning their backs on mayor Bill de Blasio who himself had not only encouraged protests and anti–cop rhetoric, but had questionable anti–police members of his own staff tied to Sharpton.
Black Lives Matter, the organized astroturf off–shoot of the Occupy movement, was birthed in the aftermath of Michael Brown's shooting and has managed to find itself a healthy following both in our national media and in the White House.
Whether it's disrupting campaign events, blocking traffic on highways, or just flat out rioting, BLM is there – and so is their sort–of appointed leader, DeRay Mckesson, who has been able to spin the nice little gig into an advisory role at Twitter, a six–figure paycheck as an HR member of Baltimore schools, and as it turns out, a seat at Obama's table.
Before facts are known in incidents involving officers and African–Americans, Deray is there fanning the flames and organizing mobs on social media with his fist in the air, except for the one time when the community of Charleston told him to take a hike.
Like Sharpton, or Bill Ayers before him, Obama plays the role of activist–in–chief and opens the doors of the Presidency to Mckesson, who makes a living demonizing law enforcement.
Videos of the shooting deaths of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, at the hands of two police officers who seemed to have subdued him, and the graphic video of Philando Castile after being shot by an officer during a traffic stop outside St. Paul, Minnesota rocketed to the top of trends on Twitter and Facebook, sparking mass outrage from every side of the political aisle and a ton of unanswered questions.
But, once again, unanswered questions and open investigations didn't stop Obama from giving a late–night statement where he believed it was once again his duty to use his office to comment on two local law enforcement matters while overseas in Warsaw, Poland, where he is attending a NATO conference. He even declared he "could not comment on the specific facts of the case" but somehow was able to declare they represented broader disparities of institutionalized racism in the country he has been in charge of for the past seven years.
As Obama concluded his statement, organized protests started up across the nation in cities – one of which was Dallas, Texas, where the spotlight was violently removed from Louisiana and Minnesota. A gunman, ostensibly motivated by Black Lives Matter and the desire to kill white officers, opened fire on police during a Black Lives Matter protest which left 5 officers dead and 7 more wounded.
During a press conference, Dallas police chief David Brown said, "We don't feel much support most days. Please we need your support, to be able to protect you from men like this, who carried out this tragic, tragic event."

Even after the shooting of two police officers, President Barack Obama once again attempted to bolster the legitimacy of unrest in response to the death of Michael Brown by telling talk show host Jimmy Kimmel that Ferguson was "worthy of protest".
"What had been happening in Ferguson was oppressive and objectionable and was worthy of protest. But there was no excuse for criminal acts," Obama told Kimmel, before going on to say that the protesters had some "very legitimate grievances".
However, just as he sided with Trayvon Martin, in failing to acknowledge the fact that Brown was a criminal who tried to grab Wilson's gun before punching him in the face, Obama has provided legitimacy to an often violent protest movement which has called for cops to be killed and directly inspired the murder of two police officers in New York.
Obama's rhetoric has been echoed by many sectors of the mainstream media, illustrated by a Time Magazine piece entitled Ferguson: In Defense of Rioting.
Meanwhile, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke expressed his disgust at Obama's initial reaction to the shooting, which came in the form of a generic tweet.
"That might score him point with hipsters, but it's not going over real big with me and it's not going over real big with the American law enforcement officer," Clarke told Fox News’ Megyn Kelly last night, accusing Obama of taking, "the lazy way out".
"He didn't have the decency to put on a suit and go to the East Room or the Rose Garden and issue a heartfelt condemnation of what's going on in these assaults against officers," said Clarke, accusing Obama of prolonging "the assault on the American cop".

When it comes to violence against law enforcement, Donald Trump says there is "something going on" with President Barack Obama's response.
The president was forced to address the country again Sunday in the wake of the shooting deaths of three police officers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Those deaths came less then a week after Obama spoke at a memorial service in Dallas, where a gunman killed five police officers and injured nine more in a rampage that followed a rally organized to protest the shooting deaths of two black men by police.

Two weeks ago (illegal) President Obama issued a little–noticed presidential memorandum that has profound ramifications for our national security.
Under the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962, President Obama authorized $20.3 million to aid Palestinian refugees in the Gaza Strip, which includes aid to help them “migrate.”
Given that Arab countries in the Middle East don’t want the Palestinians settling in their countries, Obama’s action begs an obvious question: Where will these Palestinian “refugees” migrate to? Since tens of thousands of Muslim refugees have gained expedited entry to the U.S. over the past few years under our refugee acts, it is not unreasonable to assume that at least some of these Palestinians will end up migrating…here.
Who are these people? Let’s not forget that the Palestinians elected the terrorist 
organization Hamas to govern them. Observers of the culture of the Gaza Strip describe it as a culture of hate and a breeding ground for terrorism. You may recall the video we emailed you last month showing Palestinian children being trained to be terrorists and used as human shields.

I would think with the preponderance of evidence showing this guy is an illegal muslim at least a few on the left would figure it out. I suppose a brain deprived of blood for so long due to the sphincter around the neck would mean the damage is permanent.

April 28 Bloomberg) -- The United Auto Workers union’s retiree health-care fund will own 55 percent of Chrysler LLC in exchange for cutting in half the automaker’s $10.6 billion cash obligation to the trust, people familiar with the matter said.
The other 15% is still privately owned and presumably will be traded on the stock market. Obama smiles and says he doesn't want to run the auto industry.
As horrifying as this is to comprehend, and being as how this used to be the United States of America, it would appear that the president has the power to destroy private businesses and eliminate upwards of 100,000 jobs just because they don't agree with his political agenda.
This is Nazi Germany stuff, and it's happening right here, right now, in our back yard.
There are voices in Washington demanding an explanation, but the "Automotive Task Force" has released no information to the public or to any of the senators demanding answers for what has been done.
Keep your ear to the ground for more on this story. If you've ever wanted to make a difference about anything in your life, get on the phone to your national senator or representative in the House and demand an investigation into this.

Car Czar No More
An amazing thing happened as this story was going to press. Obama's Car Czar, Steve Rattner, resigned on July 13 and was promptly replaced by former steel workers union boss Ron Bloom. According to CBS News, Rattner left "to return to private life and spend time with his family."
Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner said, "I hope that he takes another opportunity to bring his unique skills to government service in the future."
By the way, Rattner is under investigation for a multi-million dollar pay-to-play investment bank scandal in New York ....

(Illegal)President Barack Obama’s auto industry policy promises to heighten the influence of lobbyists and to open the door to ethical transgressions and even outright corruption. By naming as car czar a financier who is also a Democratic fundraiser steeped in cozy business-government relationships, and by replacing he traditional bankruptcy procedures with the will of politicians, Obama has injected Detroit with all the elements of crony capitalism.
This goes beyond corruption in high places - to gross criminal actions on the part of our government! I hope you will spread this far and wide, and hopefully the taxpaying public will demand some of that transparency we were promised......followed by criminal prosecution of the perpetrators!

U.S. Transferred $1.3 Billion More in Cash to Iran After Initial Payment
First $400 million coincided with Iran’s release of American prisoners and was used as leverage, officials have acknowledged.
The Obama administration followed up a planeload of $400 million in cash sent to Iran in January with two more such shipments in the next 19 days, totaling another $1.3 billion, according to congressional officials briefed by the U.S. State, Treasury and Justice departments.

One of the main news topics this past week involved illegal Obama’s mandate that Catholic and other religious institutions were required to provide free medical coverage for birth control. Then the president seemed to offer an olive branch, but upon closer examination the branch turned out to be deadly hemlock and not olive. He said that the insurance companies would have to provide the free birth control to the employees of religious institutions, which is virtually the same disregard for strong religious beliefs and to many Americans an outright violation of the First Amendment.
In all of the news and discussions, no one paid any attention to the effects this was having on our military personnel, especially the chaplains. The Catholic Church had issued a denomination wide letter in which they informed parishioners that the Church “cannot and will not comply with this unjust law.
The Army immediately issued orders to all chaplains, especially Catholic chaplains that they are not allowed to read the letter in its entirety and that certain portions of it are to be blacked out and not read aloud. Former Navy chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt said.
The secretary of the Army said you have to line out some of the language, or else we’re going to charge the chaplains with sedition and treason for opposing the Obama administration. Can you believe this? They are actually threatening chaplains with court-martial if they dare to preach against sin in their own church. First the Pentagon tells all chaplains that they are required to ignore their religious beliefs and perform same-sex marriages or unions for military personnel requesting such services. Then they told all military chaplains that they had to make their facilities available for same-sex union ceremonies.
Klingenschmitt reports that he was literally Now the Pentagon is telling< chaplains that they cannot preach against mandated birth control coverage or the sanctity of life without facing the serious charges of sedition and treason.
If Obama is re-elected in November, I would not be surprised to see his administration force all Christian chaplains to never mention anything about the Bible, Jesus Christ or preach against any sin. They’ll be turned into nothing more than secular counselors. But Muslim chaplains will be allowed to speak of Allah and publicly pray to Allah aloud.

Newly resurfaced photographs show President Obama appearing and marching with members of the New Black Panther Party as he campaigned for president in Selma, Ala., in March 2007.

Christian Adams, the Department of Justice whistleblower in the New Black Panther Party, or NBPP, voter intimidation case.
The book is titled "Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department."
Among the people visible in the pictures with Obama is NBPP Chairman Malik Zulu Shabazz, a defendant in the voter intimidation case that Attorney General Eric Holder dismissed in 2009.
A jury in South Bend, Indiana has found that fraud put President Obama and Hillary Clinton on the presidential primary ballot in Indiana in the 2008 election. Two Democratic political operatives were convicted Thursday night in the illegal scheme after only three hours of deliberations. They were found guilty on all counts.
Former longtime St. Joseph County Democratic party Chairman Butch Morgan Jr. was found guilty of felony conspiracy counts to commit petition fraud and forgery, and former county Board of Elections worker Dustin Blythe was found guilty of felony forgery counts and falsely making a petition, after being accused of faking petitions that enabled Obama, then an Illinois Senator, to get on the presidential primary ballot for his first run for the White House.
Morgan was accused of being the mastermind behind the plot.
According to testimony from two former Board of Election officials who pled guilty, Morgan ordered Democratic officials and workers to fake the names and signatures that Obama and Clinton needed to qualify for the presidential race. Blythe, then a Board of Elections employee and Democratic Party volunteer, was accused of forging multiple pages of the Obama petitions.
"I think this helped uphold the integrity of the electoral system," the prosecutor, Stan Levco told reporters.
“Their verdict of guilt is not a verdict against Democrats, but for honest and fair elections,” he said.
The scheme was hatched in January of 2008, according to affidavits from investigators who cite former Board of Registration worker Lucas Burkett, who told them he was in on the plan at first, but then became uneasy and quit. He waited three years before telling authorities about it, but if revelations about any forgeries were raised during the election, the petitions could have been challenged during the contest. A candidate who did not qualify with enough legitimate signatures at the time, could have been bounced from the ballot.
The case raise questions about whether in 2008, then candidate Obama actually submitted enough legitimate signatures to have legally qualified for the primary ballot.
“I think had they been challenged successfully, he probably would not have been on the ballot,” Levco told Fox News.
Under state law, presidential candidates need to qualify for the primary ballots with 500 signatures from each of the state's nine congressional districts. Indiana election officials say that in St. Joseph County, which is the 2nd Congressional district, the Obama campaign qualified with 534 signatures; Clinton's camp had 704.
Prosecutors say that in President Obama's case, nine of the petition pages were apparently forged. Each petition contains up to 10 names, making a possible total of 90 names, which, if faked, could have brought the Obama total below the legal limit required to qualify. Prosecutors say 13 Clinton petitions were apparently forged, meaning up to 130 possibly fake signatures Even if 130 signatures had been challenged, it would have still left Mrs. Clinton with enough signatures to meet the 500 person threshold.
Levco said a total of “100 to 200” signatures had been forged on Obama’s and Clinton’s petitions.
An Indiana State Police investigator said in court papers that the agency examined the suspect Obama petitions and "selected names at random from each of the petition pages and contacted those people directly. We found at least one person (and often multiple people) from each page who confirmed that they had not signed" petitions "or given consent for their name and/or signature to appear."
Numerous voters told Fox News that they never signed the petitions.
"That's not my signature," Charity Rorie, a mother of four, told us when we showed her the Obama petition with her name and signature. She was stunned, saying that it "absolutely" was a fake.
Charity told Fox News that her husband's entry was also a forgery, and that they have never been contacted by investigators or any authorities looking into the scandal.
"It's scary, it's shocking. It definitely is illegal," she told us.
Robert Hunter, Jr. told Fox news that his name was faked, too.
"I did not sign for Barack Obama," he told us. As he examined the Obama petition in his hands, Hunter pointed out that "I always put 'Junior' after my name, every time...there's no 'Junior' there
Even a former Democratic Governor of Indiana, Joe Kernan, told Fox News that his name was forged.
“This is a bitter sweet moment for free and fair elections," observed Ryan Nees, the Indiana born Yale “University senior who first exposed the scheme in the independent political newsletter, Howey Politics Indiana and South Bend Tribune.
Nees said the multiple guilty verdicts were "bitter, because a five-person conspiracy succeeded in illegally placing two presidential candidates on the ballot, but sweet because they were exposed, tried for their crimes, and convicted."
Nees previously told Fox News that the fraud was clearly evident, "because page after page of signatures are all in the same handwriting," and that nobody raised any red flags "because election workers in charge of verifying their validity were the same people faking the signatures."

During the debate over ObamaCare, the bill's opponents were excoriated for talk of rationing and "death panels." And in fairness, with a few minor exceptions governing Medicare reimbursements, the law does not directly ration care or allow the government to dictate how doctors practice medicine, says Michael Tanner, a senior fellow with the Cato Institute.
President Obama's nominee for director of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the office that oversees government health care programs, is Dr. Donald Berwick, an outspoken admirer of the British National Health Service and its rationing arm, the National Institute for Clinical Effectiveness (NICE).
"I am romantic about the National Health Service (NHS). I love it," Berwick said during a 2008 speech to British physicians, going on to call it "generous, hopeful, confident, joyous, and just." He compared the wonders of British health care to a U.S. system that he described as trapped in "the darkness of private enterprise."
The one thing the NHS is good at is saving money. After all, it is far cheaper to let the sick die than to provide care, says Tanner.
At the forefront of this cost-based rationing is NICE. It acts as a comparative effectiveness tool for NHS, comparing various treatments and determining whether the benefits the patient receives, such as prolonged life, are cost efficient for the government.
Dr. Berwick wants to bring NICE-style rationing to this country. "It's not a question of whether we will ration care," he said in a magazine interview for Biotechnology Healthcare, "It is whether we will ration with our eyes open."
Maybe those worries about death panels weren't so crazy after all, says Tanner.

Former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin has come under fire for her Facebook post accusing Obama and the Democrats of including a "death panel" provision the health care bill. AP argues that the bill's end-of-life counseling provision has been mistaken as a promotion of euthanasia and thus the death panel assertion by Palin and many other conservatives is false and misleading.
There is nothing in any of the legislative proposals that would call for the creation of death panels or any other governmental body that would cut off care for the critically ill as a cost-cutting measure.
Daschle says health-care reform "will not be pain free." Seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them.
