Letter to Supreme Court Letter to Supreme Court Justices March 26, 2010

Chief Justice John G. Roberts
United States Supreme Court
One First Street, N.E.
Washington, D.C. 20543

Chief Justice John G. Roberts,
I don’t get it.  Our country is based on equality but it is hardly so, and now the most egregious thing has happened and nobody is doing anything about it.   The law clearly states you must be a natural born US citizen to become president which in any other situation would mean that if there was any question you would be required to prove it.  The law doesn’t specifically say that people suspected of being on drugs should be tested, but they are.  If a guy is in a car and weaving all over the road and reeks of booze, he gets tested for alcohol.  The law doesn’t say “when a guy is weaving - - - test em for drunkenness”.  We have a law that says the president should be a natural born citizen but (figuratively speaking) Obama is weaving all over the road and reeks of alcohol but nobody will demand proof??  So is it because he is a lawyer and probably you were once, or what? What is the deal?  I thought that was what the Judicial part of our government was all about, keeping everything in balance, keeping tabs on the president & congress.  Speaking of congress, it seems to me that the very foundation of our country is we have no elite, again; there are no kings or noblemen, we have no one exempt from the law yet congress exempts themselves all the time including Obamacare.  This is exactly what the judiciary was made for, keeping the other two arms of government in check and yet you do nothing.

The congressmen want to be addressed as “honorable” yet they are by far the biggest collection of liars and thieves outside of prison.  I’m not so sure about the Supreme court, yet.

I can only surmise the stories about an oligarchy are true, our nation is being taken over by someone or some group and you are either naive to the fact or think you are going to be part of the elite.  The Supreme Court is a bitter disappointment.

I realize the chances of the judge seeing this are nil, which is in fact, my point.  Our government has lost touch with the people they were elected (or appointed) to serve.

Well, I had to try.  I only hope that somewhere or somehow sanity returns to our government.
