President George Bush
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington, D.C. 20500

I just can't believe what you people are thinking.   The current Senate bill actually gives the illegals more rights than citizens have, true story.  Did you think I/we wouldn't notice?   Did you make some kind of deal with Fox?

"As many as half of the roughly 5,000 private firefighters based in the Pacific Northwest and contracted by state and federal governments to fight forest fires are immigrants, mostly from Mexico."   The U.S. government is hiring illegels.

"Senate Bill Means Lower Wages for Nurses, Less Opportunity!
As the United States runs short of nurses, senators are looking abroad.   A little-noticed provision in their immigration bill would throw open the gate to nurses". Any f***ing excuse for some "feel good" legislation.

"Grupo Beta Agents Speak "Proudly" of Helping Illegal Aliens Enter U.S."    And Bush thinks this is great?

"Report: Bush Worse Than Clinton for Immigration Enforcement" I'd rather be called the shit from the slime found under the rock in the deepest part of the cess pool than be called. 'Worse than Clinton.'

"Worse than Clinton."    I tried to see your side of the argument all through this Iraq thing but screwing the ordinary USA'er for the sake of what(?) I don't know. There are billions of unfortunate people in this world but I don't think bringing them to the US would work, do You? The Mexicans didn't elect you, US citizens did and they want you to do your job.

  • NO! to amnesty, I don't care what you call it. They have to go back and apply like everyone else before they are allowed in.
  • No! to benefits like Social Security, Bank robbers don't get to keep interest on the money they steal, do they?
  • Yes! to a fence,. electrified, mines, moat, dogs, alligators, machine guns.   Close that border, NOW!
  • Yes! to heavy fines even incarceration to people who hire illegals.  Epically the government e.g. the Forest Service.

CNN Quick Poll
Created: Friday, July 15, 2005, at 17:27:27 EDT

Do you believe elected officials in Washington are truly working in the national interest?

Yes: 2% 99 votes No: 98% 5931 votes Total: 6030 votes

http://www.cnn.com/POLLSERVER/results/18889.exclude.html

Very impressive, don’t you think? %98 of Americans think your doing a crappy job.

How could that be?   Let me count the ways!

The war in Iraq by all polls is now the #1 for concern.   Articles like this don’t help matters either.  http://www.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2004/7/13/171536.shtml
e.g.    • • •  Al-Qaida Has Nuclear Weapons Inside U.S.• • •

Now, according to 60 Minutes this weekend you are taking money earmarked for our troops in Iraq (you know, things like bullets, armor, food) and spending it on “get me re-elected projects.”  How incredibly self serving of you.   Trust me I will not forget and I will be reminding everybody I know come election.

So what is congress doing about this?   They (you) covertly built the Greenbrier Bunker to protect themselves and than realized they couldn’t possibly get there in time of emergency so that was abandon, at the cost of what, one hundred million?   You spent 10 million on your own private subway.  And yet, none of these things will protect you if a bomber slips across the border with a “big one” and detonates it in D.C..   That must be why so many are gone so much of the time.   C-Span has a difficult time trying to take a video (with a 1 million dollar camera that does electronic cosmetics on the subjects so they don’t look like the decrepit miserly old men they are) and not show all the empty seats.   Most of the grandiose speeches are made to an empty floor, soul ly for the purpose of PR for the camera. . We know most deals are made behind closed doors, everything else is just for show, just to get re-elected.   And at what cost?   We did save money by declaring catsup a vegetable at our school lunches.   Not to mention the side benefit of that.   As catsup is %30 sugar, we know that one of ‘our’ biggest campaign contributors will benefit, the sugar industry.   Another win win situation.

What I am writing you about is the influx of illegals across our Southern Border.  Bush has ordered that Mexicans are to be sent back but those from any other country may stay?

From NPR Morning Edition July 11,

"If a Mexican citizen crosses the U.S. border and gets caught, the person is deported within hours. But non-Mexican citizens who are detained are allowed to stay with a government-issued slip. NPR's John Burnett reports on the immigration policy that has allowed thousands of undocumented people to go free."

http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=4738292

First of all, somebody had to write that “loophole” into the legislation, why?

I was wondering, does that go for arabic looking people carrying backpacks?   Kennedy says we can’t discriminate against anyone just because we ‘think’ they might be a terrorists so backpacks aside, due to this “loophole” we cannot legally stop an Arab at the Mexican border.   Is this stupid or what?   This and the fact that we stop only about 1 in 10 of the Mexicans that want to cross anyway and we all know everybody in congress supports this despite public disapproval.

If they do set off a nuke in D.C., [even with the best of timing they will only get %30 of the congressmen, too many away on “fact finding” missions] Coming back to your district with all the facts coming to light may not be an option either.   I guess if that comes to pass you had  best to take your family & your Swiss bank accounts & move to Canada, they accept just about anybody up there I hear.

I have been trying to alert people with my poor little WEB site.   http://www.dumbellnebula.com/gemjoy
You guys just have a good day now.

Dear: XXX

I was noticing that in the not to distant past we brought tens of thousands of “boat people” (16 million in 2000) to the United States because we were feeling so bad about the “war.”  Then ‘we’ were afraid about the fate of the Montagnard’s so we brought them to the US. Castro unleashes a flood of people (including emptying his prisons) and we welcome them with open arms saying they are refugees from the oppressive Castro regime. Then when there is a earthquake in Guatemala we immediately rush to bring 10000 of those people to the United States to “relieve their tragic suffering.”  Floods in Costa Rica and we bring another 10000 Costa Ricans to the United States because it is the right thing to do.  The Haitians have some sort of problem; mostly that they are extremely poor, and despite out ‘best?’ efforts thousands of them get into the United States.  Chinese are literally getting into our country by the boatload and we only stop about 1 in 10 of those and when they are caught on the beach you says “ah; the poor Chinese; we should let them stay”.  We went to war against Saddam Hussain and captured 20000 of his troops and they cried that Saddam would kill them if they went back so, we brought them to the United States.  There are over 100,000 people ‘allowed’ into the US every year, legally.  So now we have a flood in Mozambique and there are literally millions of people drowning, starving, dying of disease so my question to you is, why are we not bringing thousands if not millions of those people to the United States?  They have no less a tragic plight of any of the others.  They have no fewer diseases, strange cults or beliefs then the people we have already welcomed with open arms.  Could it be that we are not as magnanimous as we pretend?  Could it be you weighed the pros and cons and decided you would get more votes if you let certain ones in and not others?  I have just one more question.  Just how many people can you bring to the United States before it is too many or should I say until your election is guaranteed?

October 18, 2007  Now we are going to lose our ass in Iraq and we will probably bring a million or more of the ‘poor’ Iraqis to the US for humanitarian purposes.  That is really nice if you already have a high paying job with unlimited medical but it sure doesn’t do the middle class any good.   You know, if you are on a sinking boat, picking up victims of another sinking doesn’t help.  The Muslim religion is DEDICATED to taking over the world, kinda like congressmen are dedicated to sucking off the public, forever....

April 9, 2006

The Illegal immigration problem hinges on two things. One is the cheap labor.  Most businesses like cheap labor and will not hesitate to use it.  As there is almost no enforcement of hiring illegals, there is no incentive not too.  Big business also lobbies congress heavily to do nothing or not restrict the use of illegals in their business.  The second reason congress is unable up cope with the problem is, they are afraid of losing the Latino vote come election time.  There is nothing more important to a politician than getting re-elected.

So to look at another way, the immigration problem revolves around congressmen getting lobbied (and what does that mean, a little arm twisting over lunch, gifts, promises of big things to come in particularly after the congressmen retires, what?) and/or the congressman getting re-elected.

So in reality, it has nothing to do with the good of the nation or ‘what’s right,’ once again, it is the congressman, his pocket book, and what it takes to stay in office  that matters.

I listened to “Meet the Press” this morning and one of the arguments in favor of allowing illegals to stay was “Some of them have been here 30 years and now have legal American (U.S.) children.”   Do you know how stupid this argument is?  Virtually every administration passes some kind of “AMNESTY” that allows illegals already in the country to stay so if someone has been here 30 years and not taken advantage of that is incredibly stupid.  Not being able to deport 12 million illegals is also ludicrous as ‘they’ got into the country without any help, if they had no reason to stay I’m sure they would find a way to leave.

Punishment for people that assist the illegals makes sense to me, I am not allowed to harbor a criminal and last time I checked if you are illegal, you are breaking the law.  Illegal it is not an ethnicity, it is a legal term describing somebody who breaks a law.

"In the first place we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the man's becoming in very fact an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag, and this excludes the red flag, which symbolizes all wars against liberty and civilization, just as much as it excludes any foreign flag of a nation to which we are hostile...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

Re: Illegal Immigration

I wonder what the members of congress are thinking when they tell their constituents that they are for doing something about illegal immigration (finally) yet they include incentives in the latest legislation to make immigration even more attractive, e.g. granting illegals social security and other benefits.  It is like giving bank robbers interest off the money they steal.  Actually, the illegals have been granted more rights & protection than ordinary US citizens have.

Make it right, do this:

  1. No amnesty to anyone that has broken our laws, none, zip, nada.
  2. Severe penalties to those who knowingly  use illegals especially those employed by our government like the forest service for example who currently employ many illegals.
  3. Yes, a fence, tall and impenetrable.
  4. Punishment for all who do manage to get a way in.
  5. Bill the country of Mexico the millions for all illegals treated in USA hospitals at our expense. I can't afford medical insurance and we are giving it to illegals.

We have a northern border too, remember and it is going to need a lot of attention too.

 Thank You

------------------------------ Form Letter  "guts" I sent out --------------------------------

I see in the news where in Los Angeles County there are an estimated 100,000 homeless people living, and you want to allow 10 million more law breaking individuals into the United States.  Hospitals have been forced to close, health costs are passed on to those that can pay and yet congress would even consider allowing millions more to the problem?   Every administration so far has kissed up to the Latino problem by allowing amnesty and you’re going to do it again.  There is a Mumps outbreak in the U.S. they think came from someone visiting central America.   Well guess what?   That is where many of those streaming across the border are from and what kind of disease are they bringing across?.   Duh!

There is a video on the WEB about immigration.  Mexico says it is going to take back California through ‘illegal’ immigration.   The ‘illegal’s’ telling us to get out of California because it belongs to Mexico.

Lets not forget security.    We might be letting 100,000 uninspected containers into the U.S. every year but we are allowing millions of undocumented people to swarm across the border from Mexico, you don’t think Terrorists have taken notice of that open door?

Yet you and many like you feel bad for these poor people.    Well life is tough.   There are a 100 times as many people in as bad or worse shape in this world and the U.S. can’t possibly change that.  You know how on an airplane if there is a rapid cabin decompression you put on your own mask before you help that of your child?   Well, we need to help the people of the U.S. before taking on the sick and homeless of the world.
