NEW YORK — Unless the typewriter used to type Barack Obama's purported Hawaiian "Certificate of Live Birth" in 1961 was magically capable of producing different size and shaped images with the exact same key, the document released by the White House April 27 is a forgery, says a professional typographer with 50 years experience.
"Steel-stamped letters do not expand to larger sizes and morph into different styles of type," retired New York City typographer Paul Irey told WND.
As WND previously reported, it would be impossible for the different letters that appear in the Obama birth certificate to have been typed by one typewriter, according to Irey.
"These are irrefutable proofs of forgery," he said.
His newest analysis suggests the document was assembled from images of letters or words taken from other documents.
"The forger who produced the Obama Hawaii long-form birth certificate may have thought that all typewriter typeface styles were alike," he said.
"To get his letters, the forger must have understood that he needed to copy the old typewriter styles," he continued. "So the forger probably scanned a bunch of old birth certificates, without realizing that the letters in the old files were from different typewriter styles. That's why the letters in the forged document do not match each other."
Irey used as a source document the photo copy of the Obama birth certificate the White House press staff handed to the press assembled in the White House press room on April 27, as seen in Exhibit 1:
From this source, Irey extracted individual typed letters and prepared a chart listing each typed letter that appeared in the document identified in the chart with a unique number identifier, as seen in Exhibit 2:
In Exhibit 3, Irey advanced his previously published analysis by comparing the two letters, #144 and #146, used to form the name "Barack" in Box 8, "Name of the Father," and explained they are not identical, such that the one is significantly bigger than the other.
"Why then is #144 significantly bigger than #146, if the same typewriter key struck both?" Irey asked.

Exhibit 4 extends the analysis to four additional letters from the Obama birth certificate, with the width of each letter measured and compared to make clear the size difference in the typeface.
As seen with the "s" in "Hussein" compared to the "s" in "Stanley," the typeface differs not only in size, but also in kind, with the serif differences leading to the conclusion that more than one typewriter was used to create the document.

In Exhibit 5, Irey notes that the two different "t" letters in the word "Student" are particularly noteworthy.
"As a typographer I could see no reason for a different style of letter within the same word," Irey commented regarding the two different "t" letters used in typing the word "Student," a peculiarity seen in the last example presented in Exhibit 5.

NEW YORK — Amid questions about the authenticity of Obama's posted birth records raised by the registration number, a researcher has discovered a possible explanation.
The Post and Email blog, which has focused on the Obama eligibility controversy, features a report by an unnamed
researcher who discovered the record of a girl born the same day as the president who died a day later that could have been the source of Obama's birth certificate.
The find is significant because of questions about the plausibility of the registration number indicated on the images of short-form and long-form birth certificates for the president posted on the Internet.
As WND reported, the numbers on the published Hawaii birth certificates of twins Susan and Gretchen Nordyke are lower than the number given Obama, even though the president's birth certificate was accepted by the registrar general and stamped with a certificate number three days earlier. Further, as WND reported yesterday, an article by the man who was Hawaii's registrar general at the time Obama was born confirmed birth certificates were numbered immediately upon acceptance by the registrar general.
The researcher found documentation for Virginia Sunahara's birth on the morning of Aug. 4, 1961, at Wahiawa General Hospital in Wahiawa, Oahu. She was the daughter of Hawaii-born Tomio Sunahara, a postal clerk of Japanese ancestry who fought for the U.S. in World War II, and his wife, Clara.
The infant developed complications and most likely was transferred to Kapi'olani Women and Children's Medical Center in Honolulu, although the hospital could have been Queens Medical Center. She died on Aug. 5, 1961.
WND contacted Virginia's mother Clara, 83, who is living in Wahiawa on Oahu.
Clara told WND by telephone she did not have Virginia's birth certificate and she was not interested in applying to the Hawaii Department of Health to see what birth records might be on file regarding her daughter.
The researchers reported that newly born Virginia Sunahara was transferred to a Honolulu hospital from Wahiawa General Hospital because she was having trouble breathing. The Honolulu hospitals were considered to have better equipment to deal with neonatal birth complications.
No birth announcement appeared for Virginia Sunahara in either Honolulu newspaper.
A death announcement for the girl, under the name of her father, Tomio Sunahara, appeared in the Honolulu Star Advertiser on Aug. 8, 1961, and in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin on Aug. 14, 1961.
The researchers who discovered Virginia Sunahara's birth record peculated that at the time of her death, her parents had not yet selected her name.
The timing of the newspaper death notice may have resulted from the fact that Hawaii law requires the registration of a death within three days and the registration of a birth within seven days.
The researchers further speculated that by the time the birth certificate was submitted by the hospital to the local registrar at the Hawaii Department of Health, Clara and Tomio had decided on the name Virginia, and the Department of Health updated its records accordingly.
This would explain why the newspaper death announcements listed the name as Tomiyo Sunahara, while the official Hawaii death records list the child's name as Virginia.
With an Aug. 4, 1961, birth date, it's possible Virginia Sunahara's birth registration was filed as late as Aug. 11, 1961 — the same day the Nordyke twins' birth certificates were filed by Kapi'olani hospital with the Hawaii Department of Health local registrar and registrar general.
Susan Nordyke, the twin born first, received birth certificate number 10637; Gretchen Nordyke, the second, received number 10638.
Barack Obama's birth certificate was issued the number 10641, even though it was registered three days before the Nordykes' certificates.
However, if the birth certificate number 10641 was first assigned to Virginia Sunahara, the apparent conflict could be explained.
Is it possible that if Obama's birth records were forged, the perpetrator used Virginia Sunahara's birth certificate number, knowing the girl was long dead and the family was unlikely to know or complain?
Virginia Sunahara was initially buried Sept. 28, 1961, at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, also known as the Punchbowl, at 2177 Puowaina Drive in Honolulu, in Section U Site 966-F.
Her father died March 26, 1968, and Virginia was disinterred and re-buried alongside her father's cremated remains at Mililani Memorial Park in Waipahu in October 1968.

NEW YORK — Newly unearthed information about Hawaii's procedure for numbering birth records at the time Barack Obama was born casts further doubt on the authenticity of the short-form and long-form birth certificates published online with the president's authority.
Details about the registration procedure are significant, because some analysts have wondered how Obama could have been issued a registration number that is higher than the numbers of the published birth certificates of Susan and Gretchen Nordyke, which were registered three days later than the president's.
Some have speculated that even though Obama's birth certificate was received by the registrar Aug. 8, 1961, the registration number could have been assigned a few days later by a clerk processing a batch that included the Nordyke twins' birth records.
But a 1955 article by Charles Bennett, Hawaii's registrar general in 1961, and George Tokuyama, chief of the registration and records section for the state's Department of Health, stated birth certificates were numbered immediately upon acceptance by the registrar-general.
The article published in the November-December 1955 issue of the Hawaii Medical Journal, titled "Vital Records in Hawaii," makes clear that the territory was streamlining and structuring an undisciplined vital records system to comply with U.S. Bureau of Census practices in preparation for statehood in 1959.
As WND reported, the numbers on the long-form birth certificates issued by Kapi'olani hospital to the Nordyke twins are lower than the number assigned to Obama's published birth certificates, even though the president's birth record indicates it was accepted by the registrar-general three days earlier.
Susan Nordyke, the first twin, was born at 2:12 p.m. Hawaii time on Aug. 5, 1961, and was given Certificate No. 151 — 61 — 10637, which was filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961.
Gretchen Nordyke, the second twin, was born at 2:17 p.m. Aug. 5, 1961, and was given Certificate No. 151 — 61 — 10638, which was also filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961.
Yet, according to the Certification of Live Birth released by FactCheck.org during the 2008 presidential campaign — and now according to the long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate the White House released last month — Obama was given a higher certificate number than the Nordyke twins.
Obama was given Certificate No. 151 — 61 — 10641, even though he was born Aug. 4, 1961, the day before the Nordyke twins, and his birth was registered with the Hawaii Department of Health registrar three days earlier, on Aug. 8,
1961.
These facts suggest that if the two Obama documents are forgeries, the forger was unaware of the Nordyke twins' birth certificates, which were first published July 28, 2009, in an article in the Honolulu Advertiser, more than one year after Obama's short-form Certification of Live Birth was posted by the Daily Kos.
A search of Hawaii newspapers indicates 13 babies were born in Hawaii on Aug. 4, 1961, and 22 on Aug. 5, 1961, suggesting Obama's birth certificate number should be about 30 to 50 digits lower that the Nordyke twins' numbers. Since the Hawaii DOH will not allow an open inspection of the August 1961 birth records, it is impossible to know how many birth certificates the registrar general filed and numbered between Aug. 8 and Aug. 11, 1961

A report in the Hawaii Medical Journal by a health-agency manager published six years before Barack Obama's birth indicated that an adoption in the Aloha state required a change in the child's birth record.
When a new certificate was made, the original birth certificate was sealed in an envelope that could be opened only by court order, according to Charles G. Bennett in the 1955 report.
Bennett was identified as an official with the Bureau of Health Statistics of the Territorial Health Department before the islands were granted statehood. He continued in his role as an authority, later serving as an assistant executive officer of the Research
and Planning Section, Research, Planning and Statistics Office in the Hawaii State Department of Health after statehood.
The existence of the policy could undermine the authenticity of the birth record released by the White House to support the claim Barack Obama is constitutionally eligible as a "natural born Citizen." State officials have declined to respond to WND requests
to confirm that the document released by the White House is an accurate representation of the state's records.
No adoption records have surfaced, but there is evidence Obama was adopted by his stepfather in Indonesia, where he was known as Barry Soetoro.
WND recently reported on an exchange on Facebook in which Maya Soetoro, Obama's half-sister, appeared to acknowledge Obama was adopted by her Indonesian father.
In a reply, she said: "You were suggesting that because my father, his stepfather, had adopted him, that my brother was no longer American."
The question of a possible Indonesian adoption circulated on the blogosphere during the 2008 presidential campaign when an Associated Press photograph emerged of Obama's school registration papers as a child in Indonesia — the world's most populous Muslim nation. The document showed the future president's religion as "Islam" and his citizenship "Indonesian."
The 2007 AP photograph showed Obama's registration card at Indonesia's Fransiskus Assisi school, a Catholic institution.
In the document, Obama is registered under the name Barry Soetoro by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro. The school card lists Barry Soetoro as a Muslim, Indonesian citizen born Aug. 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Jack Stokes, manager of media relations for the AP, confirmed to WND the picture is indeed an AP photo.
After attending the Assisi Primary School, Obama later was enrolled at SDN Menteng 1, an Indonesian public school.
In Indonesia, which was under strict rule in 1967, all students were required to carry government identity cards with the student's legal name, which were to match public school registration filings.
According to Indonesian legal experts, it was difficult to enroll non-Indonesian citizens in public schooling.
Obama arrived in Indonesia at age 6. Still, Lolo Soetoro might have adopted Obama in Indonesia earlier in his marriage to Dunham.
The exact timeline is crucial because if Soetoro adopted Obama at age 5 or younger, then Obama would automatically have become an Indonesian citizen according to the country's laws in the 1960s. Indonesian law at the time stipulated any child age 5 or younger adopted by an Indonesian father was immediately granted Indonesian citizenship upon completion of the adoption process.
Lolo Soetoro could have adopted Obama in Hawaii, although such an adoption would not have necessarily been recognized by Indonesia.
Indonesian law at the time also did not recognize dual citizenship, meaning if Obama became Indonesian, the country would no longer recognize his U.S. citizenship. But U.S. law would still recognize Obama as an American citizen.
If Obama had Indonesian citizenship for a period, it may not necessarily have changed his U.S. citizenship status, but it could raise loyalty concerns.
If an adoption occurred, it could have affected the birth certificate. In the U.S., when an adoption takes place, a birth certificate generated at birth is replaced by a birth certificate that references the adoptive parents as the parents.
Bennett's article explained the Hawaii policy in 1955 in an article titled "Vital Records in Hawaii." On Page 128, under the sub-heading "Confidential Nature," was the explanation:
"Despite the very wide use of vital records, a high degree of confidentiality is maintained with regard to them. The files are not open to public inspection; applicants for certified copies must show a legitimate right to them; and statistics produced from the records never identify individuals. In the case of legitimations and adoptions, where new certifications are made out, the old ones are sealed in envelopes that can be opened only upon court order."
Obama's American mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, left the islands for the Seattle only weeks after Barack Obama was born and divorced Obama Sr. several years later.
Returning to Hawaii after Obama Sr. had left the islands, Dunham married Soetoro in 1965, and after failing to obtain government permission for him to live in the U.S., moved with her son to Indonesia in October 1967.
The questions focus on whether there was a legal adoption in Indonesia and if so, whether it reported to Hawaii, to which the young Barry returned only a few years later.

A previously unexplained anomaly in the Obama long-form birth certificate released by the White House has now become even more suspicious, as WND has learned the online image of the document does not conform to Hawaii's standard practice for issuing certified copies of birth certificates.
While the governor's office maintains Obama was given a certified copy of his birth certificate, and while Hawaii — WND has learned — includes an embossed seal to complete the certification, the raised seal on the image posted by the White House … is missing.
Furthermore, an official with the Vital Statistics Section of Hawaii's Department of Health told WND, a document without the seal "may not be a certified copy." See actual copies of both Obama's form and a real one

Today, Barack Obama blinked — releasing birth records he has hired lawyers to prevent the public from seeing, even at the expense of allowing U.S. Army Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin to be court-martialed and sent to prison for having dared ask questions the White House until now has resolutely dismissed with ridicule and disdain.
A key problem for Obama is that birth certificates issued to twin girls born one day later at Kapi'olani hospital, the Nordykes, are the Rosetta Stone of deciphering both Obama's previously released short-form Certification of Live Birth and the newly released purported copy of his long-form birth certificate.
The problem since the short-form certificate was released during the 2008 presidential campaign has always been this:

In 1961, the birth certificate numbers were not assigned by the hospitals.
Instead, the numbers were stamped to the birth record by the Hawaii Department of Health at the main office in Honolulu.
This is the only place birth certificate numbers were assigned.
At the last step of the process, the documents were accepted by the registrar general, with the date of registration inserted in box No. 22 on the lower right hand corner of the long-form birth certificate.
The date the birth document was accepted by the registrar general was the date the birth certificate number was stamped on the birth record.
The birth certificate number was stamped on the form by a rubber stamp that automatically increased by one each time a birth certificate was stamped.
The question, therefore, is how was it possible that the Nordyke twins had their birth certificates accepted by the registrar general in Hawaii three days later than the registrar general accepted Obama's birth certificate, when the twins' numbers are
lower than Obama's number?
Eleanor Nordyke has speculated that her twins received an earlier birth certificate number because, although she gave birth later than Ann Dunham, she entered Kapi'olani earlier.
Yet, in 1961, birth certificate numbers were not assigned by the hospital, and the date the mother checked into the medical facility was irrelevant to how birth certificate numbers were assigned.
Moreover, no records for Dunham having been a patient at Kapi'olani in 1961, or of Obama having been born at the hospital on Aug. 4, 1961, have been released by the hospital.
Now that President Obama has personally vouched for the authenticity of the birth certificate the White House released today, he can reasonably be asked to authorize Kapi'olani Medical Center to release any and all medical records the hospital may hold for his mother and Barack Obama Sr., his listed father.
The debate over Obama's eligibility to be president has truly only just begun, with Obama's status having changed overnight from a bemused observer to a full-contact participant.
Two weeks before the publication of my book "Where's the Birth Certificate?" the effort to document Obama's past has begun in earnest.
Fundamentally, the world changed for Barack Obama this morning, not just in increasing pressure for the release of the many hidden documents about his past, but in the inescapable reality that the White House must defend this newly released birth certificate as
authentic.
Before today, Obama may have attempted to explain away problems with the short-form Certification of Live Birth as the work of his supporters.
Before today, the president largely remained above the fray. Now, he has fully engaged in the presentation and defense of his birth records and his status as a "natural born citizen" under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution.
Obama's presidency now depends upon the White House being able to support the veracity of all the information contained in the birth document released yesterday morning.
In the final analysis, proof that the document is an authentic Obama birth record will await forensic examination.

Now an expert in typefaces and typography says it sure was "proof," but not of what the White House would have wanted.
Paul Irey, a retired professional typographer with 50 years experience in his business, says an analysis of the typefaces used in the Barack Obama's long-form birth certificate that the White House released on April 27 reveals it absolutely to be a forgery.

NEW YORK — The recently released immigration file for Barack Obama Sr. indicates the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service had doubts he and Obama's mother were married.
While Ann Dunham may have sought Obama Sr. as her husband and the father of her child, the record suggests the two never lived together as a married couple.
As WND reported, there's no record of Ann Dunham's whereabouts during the last six months of her pregnancy.
Moreover, within weeks of the baby's birth, Dunham left Honolulu with her infant son and traveled to Seattle, where she enrolled in night courses at the University of Washington. She did not return to Honolulu until after Barack Obama Sr. left Hawaii in September 1962 to attend graduate courses at Harvard.
The INS file shows that Barack Obama Sr. was not faithful to Dunham, even when the two were in Hawaii at the same time.
Instead, the documentation supports the conclusion that Obama Sr. and Dunham took part in a sham marriage that the Kenyan student thought might help him extend his visa and remain in the United States to continue his education.
Economic necessity and his desire to complete his studies as soon as possible forced Obama Sr. to remain in Honolulu during the summer months, both to take summer classes and to work part-time.

An investigation has revealed the identity of the man whose Social Security number (SSN) has been illegally used by Obama: Jean Paul Ludwig, who was born in France in 1890, emigrated to the United States in 1924, and was assigned SSN 042-68-4425 in or about March 1977. Ludwig lived most of his adult life in Connecticut . His SSN begins with the digits 042, which are among several reserved for Connecticut residents. Obama never lived or worked in that state, so there is no reason for his SSN to start with the digits 042.
Now comes the best part. Ludwig spent the final months of his life in Hawaii , where he died. Conveniently, Obama's grandmother, Madelyn Payne Dunham, worked part-time in the Probate Office in the Honolulu Hawaii Courthouse, and therefore had access to the SSNs of deceased individuals. The Social Security Administration was never informed of Ludwig's death, and because he never received Social Security benefits there were no benefits to stop and no questions were raised. The suspicion, of course, is that Dunham, knowing her grandson was not a U.S. citizen–either because he was born in Kenya or became a citizen of Indonesia upon his adoption by Lolo Soetoro–merely scoured the probate records until she found someone who died who was not receiving Social Security benefits, and “selecte d” that SSN for Obama. Just wait until Trump gets past the birth certificate and onto the issue of Barry O's use of a stolen SSN. You will see leftist heads exploding, because they will have no way of defending Obama. Although many Americans do not understand the meaning of the term "natural born citizen," there are few who do not understand that if you are using someone else's SSN it is a clear indication of fraud.

national security expert and News contributor, says the “Certificate of Live Birth” released in April by the White House as "proof positive" of President Obama's Hawaiian birth is a forgery, but the FBI is covering the fraud and no one in Congress is willing to tackle the situation because of fears of a “black backlash” if the failings of the nation's first black president are revealed.
In an interview today with Greg Corombos for WND, Vallely, who previously has expressed concerns about whether the Obama administration is in violation of the U.S. Constitution, said,
"His actual birth certificate has never been found in Hawaii nor released from Hawaii hospital there, Kapiolani there, if it in fact did exist."
"We've had three CIA agents, retired, and some of their analytical associates look at it, and all came to the same conclusion, that even the long-form was a forged document,"
Vallely said.
“No members of Congress will take this on. The word I get out of Washington is that they don't want to challenge this because it would be in fact a felony offense and in some cases may be even treasonous and [they are] afraid of a black backlash from some of the urban areas,” Vallely said.
"But that's a very poor excuse for not taking necessary steps to make sure this president in fact is a legitimate president under Article 2 and he is a born U.S. citizen."
The departments of government designed to uncover wrongdoing, in this case, are on the wrong side, he said.
"I think they're (the FBI) covering for this administration. I think the corruption within this administration is so proliferated through the agencies of government now, we're just in a bad situation here. I think the lack of confidence in our government is growing and many feel that not only all the members of Congress but even our courts are corrupted at this time," he said.
The qu estions over Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office under the requirements in the Constitution that call for a "natural born citizen" have been raised since before he was elected.

Gary Poyssick, an early employee of software giant Adobe System Inc., continues to maintain there is something “fishy” about the Obama long-form birth certificate released by the White House.
“What the White House released is not a simple scan,” Poyssick told WND. “Something digital came between the paper and the glass.”
Poyssick was at the San Jose-based tech company when it counted no more than 14 employees, and he continues to advise and write on Adobe software products.
Poyssick, who today devotes his energies to running The Online Fisherman in Tampa, Fla., has written more than 50 titles about Adobe software, the printing industry, coding and programming, website development and workflow management.
His initial reaction was to declare the birth certificate an outright forgery.
“I could have done a much better replica myself, if the president had asked,” Poyssick told The Political Sandbox blog when the birth certificate first appeared and he opened the document in Adobe Illustrator. “The guy that did this is a bimbo in that he forgot to 'flatten' his works to soften the background edges so the fake letters blended, softly into the green paper.”
Observing that the birth certificate document had multiple layers when opened in Adobe Illustrator, Poyssick was amazed the White House had released an electronic PDF file that had not been “flattened” so as to remove all evidence that it had been modified.

'Altered document is manufactured, or in everyday parlance — a forgery'

NEW YORK — A nationally recognized computer expert who has served as contributing author and technical editor for more than 100 books on Adobe and Microsoft software says the Obama long-form birth-certificate image released by the White House is a fraudulent document created with Adobe software.
"The PDF file released by the White House contains evidence of manipulation suggesting that one or more forgers utilized existing Hawaiian birth certificates to assemble fraudulently for Barack Obama a document the president presented to the world as authentic," Mara Zebest told WND.
Zebest has prepared a full analysis of the image that was presented April 27 by Barack Obama to the world as a copy of his original birth documentation in the state of Hawaii.
The image released online is a copy of Obama's copy of the original, as are the paper copies that were handed out to reporters.
Zebest's analysis begins by d ocumenting inconsistencies in the pixels and bitmap text that display throughout the Obama file, for instance, in the birth certificate number 10641, as seen in Exhibit 1:
Exhibit 2 offers more examples of the telltale inconsistencies Zebest found. First, defining her terms, Zebest explains that “antialiasing” is the transition of pixel colors that occurs when differing color tones bump into each other in an image. It offers a smooth line (to the eye) when viewed at the normal zoom. Viewed in a closeup mode it appears as an angled pat tern. She explains, “Without antialiasing, the edges appear jagged or bitmapped.” Bitmapping is a specific computer format used for images that gives them a more choppy appearance when zoomed.
According to Zebest:

Additionally, the checkboxes are slightly different widths and positioned differently. (Pixels of checkboxes on the bottom right overlap line pixels below, almost as if the boxes were copied and pasted and manually positioned).
Some letter characters are identical, pixel for pixel, almost as if they were copied and pasted and then moved into position. For example, the lowercase "i" in the word Inside is identic al to the first “i” in judicial. There are many similar identical instances as there are dissimilar typesetting examples of different fonts — both suggesting compilation of a document digitally.
Irregular typesetting spacing which is not consistent with proportional spacing used by computers or monospacing used by typewriters in 1961 — but is consistent with copy and pasting and moving letters around. Example: The word “Yes,” which has too much space between “Y” and “e” and not enough space between “e” and “s.”
“A normal document scanned and saved as a PDF file would not display these inconsistencies unless the document had been digitally altered,” she said. “A digitally altered document is by definition a manufactured document, or in everyday parlance — a forgery.”
Exhibit 3 demonstrates mixed solid bitmapped character elements combined with antialiased elements in the signature of Ann Dunham and in the text of the form immediately above her first name, Stanley, enclosed in parentheses.
“Typed characters in the birth certificate form appear to have been altered digitally by the forgers whenever signatures overlapped or bumped against printed text
characters in the form,” she said.
Figure 4 shows the dates stamped into boxes 20 and 22 on the form displaying different color tones within the date stamp, such that some of the digits are dark black —
especially the last digit “1” in both instances — while other digits are a light gray.
“My guess is that the creator of this document was inexperienced when it comes to a multitude of concepts in using Adobe software,” Zebest said. “Whoever forged the Obama birth certificate might have known enough to be dangerous, but not enough to know how to cover up their tracks.”
Exhibit 4 also notes the misspelling of “THE” in the rubber stamp placed on the document by the Hawaii State Register Alvin Onaka, Ph.D., and an apparent smiley face drawn in the loop of the letter “A” on his signature — two anomalies on which WND previously reported.
As noted in Exhibit 5, Zebest also listed a number of questions about the Obama birth certificate that she believes demand explanation.
Her list of questions regarding Exhibit 5 included the following:
- Why is there an odd, excessive typesetting space between the number 4 and comma in the birth date?
- "African" is not a race. Would “American” be a race? It may not be politically correct, but in 1961, the option for race would have been Negro, not “African,” which is another odd artifact out of place with the context of the historical time and place — an anachronism.
- Speaking of anachronisms, in 1961, when typewriters were used, the typist would move to the next line, and items would be started in a standard left margin (unless
the typist purposely tabbed over to a different location on the document); thus, most of the left margin text would consistently line up at the same point. Figure 13 is
explained below, and can be used to compare the margin line text in the Nordyke certificate with Obama's in Figure 12. Nothing is properly aligned in Obama's
document.
- The certificate number is out of sequence. Wouldn't a smaller certificate number be consistent with the earlier birth date and the earlier Date Accepted, the filing date? WND previously reported on the anomaly involving the Nordyke numbers.
- Where is the state seal? Who has an official birth certificate document that is missing a seal?
- Why is there a background pattern? The Obama administration claims the pattern was added for security purposes — but isn't that admitting to altering the document? Is the administration trying to create a frame of hiding the edits in plain sight by saying, “Yes, we edited the document to add security paper.” And why would this even be necessary?
- Why would the date at the bottom of the document display different type fonts? The font used for the year is clearly a different font than the one used for the day. Under what circumstances would you change fonts while typing a date? Even if a stamp were used to stamp a date, wouldn't the stamp be made with the same consistent font?
Zebest concluded that the Nordyke twins' birth certificates played a major role in the forgery of the Obama birth certificate.
“When viewing Obama's document for the first time, one of the items that struck me as odd was the curvature at the left edge of the documents,” she noted. “To make matters worse, I could see evidence that the poor quality text seems to be digitally manipulated to mimic the curvature.”
Ultimately, Zebest concluded that the inspiration for putting the curvature effect into the Obama forgery came from the Nordyke twins' birth certificates.
“For me, the Nordyke image explains the inspiration for the curvature effect — and trust me, it's just that — an effect — even down to the shadow,” she explained. “I believe the Nordyke image played a significant role in compiling Obama's document, so much so that I have come to conclude the forgers used the Nordyke birth certificates as their ultimate template for the final product.”
Zebest concluded her study with an analysis of the multiple layers evident in the White House–released PDF file.
She rejected the White House explanation that the layers were produced by scanning the document with OCR, or Optical Character Recognition, software turned on.
Examining the Onaka ink stamp, Zebest was able to determine that the object placed into the Obama document was scaled 34 percent and rotated 90 degrees. The result, she said, could be obtained only through digital manipulation and could not be an artifact of having scanned the document with OCR software activated.
"The text responds as if it were in a Microsoft Word document," she asserted. “The text can be selected, changed, copied and pasted.”
Zebest concluded that whoever forged the Obama birth certificate probably did most of the digital manipulation required to construct the document using the program Adobe Photoshop.
Then, the manipulated document was transported to Adobe Illustrator for final touch-up before being released to the public.
She believes whoever created the forgery had insufficient expertise and did not realize that “flattening” the document in Photoshop Illustrator — a process that melds the layers — would still allow professionals to determine the layers required to manipulate the data in the process of forging the document.
“Overall, it's an amateur job," Zebest said. "The forgers obviously over-estimated their level of expertise in undertaking to forge a document that is destined to play a pivotal role in U.S. history.”
How could any forger working for the White House be so sloppy?
“As president of the United States, you can't exactly put out a Request for Proposal asking the forger to submit credentials and pricing to the White House chief of staff,” she answered. “A small group around you may be loyal, and someone within that group may have computer graphic arts experience, but forging a document that will sustain expert forensic analysis is a skill-set not required of most commercial designers and artists who use Adobe software on an everyday basis.”

Mathematical 'proof' Obama birth certificate a forgery
The signature of President Obama's mother on the White House-released long-form birth certificate provides a mathematically certain proof of forgery, according to a prominent software engineer who works as a high-level programmer for a state government.
The source spoke on condition his name not be used, fearing he might lose his job. He asserted that revealing his name is not necessary, because the analysis is self-evident.
Many computer experts have noted that the PDF Obama birth certificate released April 27 has nine layers when viewed in Adobe Illustrator.
Notably, the name “(Stanley) Ann Dunham Obama” is in two separate layers. “(Stanley) Ann D” is contained in Layer 8 while “unham Obama“ is in Layer 9, as seen below in Exhibit
11.

“One of the changes, reflected by Layer 8, had me wondering the most,” the software engineer told WND. “If you recall, this layer showed the mother's signature, along with the other two signatures on the image. Everything else was omitted, meaning the signatures were added as their own layer.”
However, the last part of the mother's signature can only be seen in Layer 9, where it shows up, in bold as “unham Obama,” distinct in appearance from the lighter “(Stanley) Ann D” in Layer 8.
In other words, the mother's signature is a composite image, formed when the image in Layer 8 is combined with the image in Layer 9.
“Graphics artists combine images day in and day out, taking parts of one image and over-laying another,” he explained. “After adding multiple text layers, the composite image is saved to be placed into the final.”
The key analysis focuses on the Ann Dunham signature contained in Layer 9.
“It's a disappointing signature,” the software engineer said, “in that it cannot be Stanley Ann's unless she has perfect handwriting.”
To prove this point, he brought up the birth certificate document in Windows Photo Viewer to magnify the “unham Obama” seen in Adobe Illustrator in Layer 9.
“After zooming into the maximum on this partial signature, I found that part of the name was in perfect alignment across the bottom, exactly one pixel from the bottom line of the text box for the signature.”
The “unham” part of the mother's signature under magnification is demonstrated in Exhibit 13, with the “Obama” part of the mother's signature in Exhibit 14:

“I had to scrunch the image a bit to fit on the screen," he explained, but it still shows the perfect alignment of the pixels across the letters in 'unham' in the image above. The same perfect alignment is seen in the 'Obama' part of the mother's signature.”
The signature, he insisted, provides mathematical proof the Obama birth certificate is a fraud.
“No person can write with mathematical perfection," he said. "It's impossible. But a computer can easily write with mathematical perfection.”

Human signatures, he insisted, show imperfections such that some of the lettering will always drop below a mathematically perfect line drawn at the bottom of a word.
To prove the point, he pointed to examples of cursive handwriting generated by a computer on Fontspace.com, as seen in Exhibit 6.

I have read this post in detail and must say, with all due respect, I disagree. Some very important parts were left out, which I do not believe was unintentional. Thus, I would like to respond accordingly.
First, I am unsure as to where badfiction obtained the Indonesian laws, I’m unsure as to the dates, etc. However, there are discrepancies.
Badfiction is correct in stating that if a woman married a foreign citizen they would have lost their U.S. citizenship status if married prior to September 22, 1922. However, there is more to this, see 8 U.S.C. Section 1435(a)(2) which states “on or after September 22, 1922, a women who lost United States citizenship by marriage to an alien ineligible to citizenship…” However, Indonesia also required Stanley Ann Dunham to relinquish her U.S. Citizenship, which is an affirmative act, therefore, Stanley Ann Dunham did not simply lose her U.S. Citizenship status by marriage alone.
Badfiction claims that a parent cannot expatriate a child’s U.S. citizenship, however, this is not correct. See The Nationality Act of 1940, revised 1952, Section 318(a) “A former citizen of the United States expatriated through the expatriation of such person’s parent or parents and who has not acquired the nationality of another country by any affirmative act other than the expatriation of his parent or parents may be naturalized upon filing a
petition for naturalization before reaching age of twenty-five years and upon compliance with all requirements of the naturalization laws with the following exceptions: (b) No former citizen of the United States, expatriated through the expatriation of such person’s parent or parents shall be obliged to comply with the requirements of the immigration laws, if he has not not acquired the nationality of another country by any affirmative act other than the expatriation of
his parent or parents, and if he has come or shall come to the United States before reaching the age of twenty-five years. (c) After his naturalization such person shall have the same citizenship status as if he had not been expatriated.”
Renewing an Indonesian Passport after the age of 18 is an affirmative act, as you are swearing allegiance to another Country. Soetoro/Obama renewed his Indonesian Passport when he traveled to Pakistan, that is why he had to stop in Indonesia first. Remember, in 1981, Dunham was divorcing Soetoro in Hawaii and was not in Indonesia. Obama/Soetoro admits to traveling to Indonesia first and then onto Pakistan. Soetoro/Obama claims in his book “Dreams from my father” that he stopped in Indonesia to visit his mother. But again, his mother was not in Indonesia, she was in Hawaii with Maya, divorcing Lolo Soetoro. In addition, the State
Department has stated in response to a FOIA request that they do not have a U.S. Passport application on file for Barack H. Obama.
Despite the above however, Indonesia required Obama/Soetoro to do a bit more upon his 18th birthday. In fact the Indonesian law gives until the age of 21. Soetoro/Obama would have had to sign an Affidavit relinquishing his Indonesian citizenship and said Affidavit had to be sent to the Indonesian Government before reclaiming any U.S. citizenship he may have once held.
When it comes to the citizenship of individuals in other countries, we are prevented from interfering, Hague Convention 1930. Speaking of Indonesia, during the late 60’s all the way up until 2006 Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship. In 2006 they changed their laws to permit dual citizenship, however, Indonesia has had its battles with enforcing their new law permitting dual citizenship.
With this said, from the research we have done, it appears that Soetoro became an Indonesian citizen. When Soetoro/Obama was approximately four (4) years old his parents divorced and thereafter, Soetoro/Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia. Evidence points to the fact that Lolo Soetoro either signed a government form legally “acknowledging” Soetoro/Obama as his son or “adopted” Soetoro, either of which changed any citizenship status Soetoro/Obama had to a “natural” citizen of Indonesia.
At the time Barry Soetoro was in Indonesia, all Indonesian students were required to carry government identity cards or Karty Tanda Pendudaks, as well as family card identification called a Kartu Keluarga. The Kartu Keluarga is a family card which bears the legal names and citizenship status of all family members.
Soetoro/Obama was registered in a public school as an Indonesian citizen by the name of Barry Soetoro and his father was listed as Lolo Soetoro, M.A. Indonesia did not allow foreign students to attend their public schools in the late 1960’s or 1970’s, and any time a child was registered for a public school, the child’s name and citizenship status were verified through the Indonesian Government. See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945), Chapter 13, Law No. 62 of 1958 (all citizens of
Indonesia have a right to education). The Indonesian school record, indicates that Soetoro/Obama’s name is “Barry Soetoro;” his nationality is “Indonesia” and his father “Lolo Soetoro, M.A. There was no way for Soetoro/Obama to have attended school in Jakarta, Indonesia legally unless he was an Indonesian citizen, as Indonesia was
under tight rule and was a Police State. See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945), Law No. 62 of 1958. These facts indicate that Obama/Soetoro is an Indonesian citizen, and therefore he is not eligible to be President of
the United States.
Under Indonesian law, when a male acknowledges a child as his son, it deems the son, in this case Soetoro/Obama, an Indonesian State citizen. See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia, Law No. 62 of 1958 concerning Immigration Affairs and Indonesian Civil Code (Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata) (KUHPer) (Burgerlijk Wetboek voor Indonesie).
Furthermore, under the Indonesian adoption law, once an Indonesian citizen adopts a child, the adoption severs the child’s relationship to the birth parents, and the adopted child is given the same status as a natural child and the child takes the name of his step-father, in this case, Soetoro. See Indonesian Constitution, Article 2.
The Indonesian citizenship law was designed to prevent apatride (stateless) or bipatride (dual) citizenship. Indonesian regulations recognized neither apatride nor bipatride (stateless or
dual) citizenship. Since Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship; neither did the United States (since the United States only permitted dual citizenship when ‘both’ countries agree); and since Obama/Soetoro was a “natural” citizen of Indonesia, the United States
would not step in or interfere with the laws of Indonesia. Hague Convention of 1930.
As a result of Soetoro/Obama’s Indonesian “natural” citizenship status, Soetoro/Obama could never regain U.S. “natural born” status, if he in fact he ever held such, which we doubt. Soetoro/Obama could have only become “naturalized” if the proper paperwork were filed with the U.S. State Department, after going through U.S. Immigration upon his return to the United States; in which case, Soetoro/Obama would have received a Certification of Citizenship indicating “naturalized.”
We are informed, believe and thereon allege Obama/Soetoro was never naturalized in the United States after his return. Soetoro/Obama was ten (10) years old when he returned to Hawaii to live with his grandparents. Soetoro/Obama’s mother did not return with him. Therefore, it appears that she did not apply for citizenship for Soetoro/Obama in the United States. If citizenship for Soetoro/Obama had been applied for in 1971, Soetoro/Obama would have a
Certification of Citizenship. If Soetoro/Obama returned in 1971 to Hawaii without going through U.S. Immigration, today he would be an “illegal alien” – and obviously not able to serve as President, but also his term as a United States Senator from Illinois for nearly four (4) years was illegal. We further believe Soetoro might have reentered the United States at age ten (10) by showing a copy of his Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth, which he received when his birth was registered in Hawaii.
In addition, we have been unable to locate any legal documents wherein Soetoro’s name was legally changed from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama. Soetoro/Obama’s silence on these issues is deafening and his refusal to release such records to prove that none of this occurred
results in his status as Acting Commander in Chief at best, and a willful action on his part to deceive the American People and the Armed Forces of the United States so that he may wield power that is in non-compliance with the United States Constitution.
