Ben Swann Analyzes the $100 Billion Contact Tracing Bill, HR 6666

Ben Swann said that while the COVID-19 ‘Testing, Reaching, and Contacting Everyone’ (TRACE) Act bill is short and to the point, it leaves room to expand the mandates. The bill funds cell phone tracking that monitors individuals’ movements and the activity of the people around them. Swann says that the only time that contact tracing makes sense medically is in the very early stages of contagion, and that it is pointless to perform contact tracing now that there has been mass exposure to the virus. Therefore, Congress is not introducing this bill for medical purposes, but is, instead, increasing the surveillance state, in gross violation of the Constitution. The army of snitches will come from inside communities as the $100 billion measure funds grants to churches, clinics, medical centers, schools and other organizations to perform testing for COVID–19, tracing of exposure, or services for individuals who are isolating at home.

Michael Bloomberg Partners with Johns Hopkins to Develop Contact-Tracing Program

Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg pledged $10 million to launch a COVID-19 contact-tracing “army” of 35,000 medical students to help contain the virus. Bloomberg’s project is in partnership with Johns Hopkins University. The campaign covers New York state, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Dr. Kelly Henning, the epidemiologist at Bloomberg Philanthropies who heads the project, said that the only way to reopen safely is with an unprecedented effort to interview the people who get the virus, track down every single person they come in contact with, and get them to quarantine for 14 days. full article

Contact Tracing Group Funded By George Soros and Bill Gates, Chelsea Clinton on Board of Trustees

Partners in Health, a contact tracing company, lists both George Soros’ Open Society Foundation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as official partners and supporters who contributed $1 million or more, according to a 2015 annual report. Chelsea Clinton serves on Partners in Health’s Board of Trustees. Partners in Health was founded by Jim Kim, who is now the president of the UN World Bank and Paul Farmer, whose health programs have been funded in the past by Soros.

Democrat Representative Bobby Rush introduced HR 6666, the COVID-19 TRACE Act, that authorizes the federal government to grant approved entities the right to conduct contact tracing for coronavirus at “individuals’ residences.” Contact tracing involves investigators tracing every interaction that infected people have. full article

Bars And Restaurants Allowed To Reopen If They Agree To Snitch On Customers

Restaurants in Washington state must keep a log of each dine-in customer to facilitate contact tracing. The log must be maintained for 30 days and must include each customer’s telephone number and email address, and what time they came in to eat. It is presumed that when an person comes near a tracked Covid carrier, they will be forced into quarantine until they test negative.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the city of New Orleans are reportedly creating a “new normal” by forcing bars and restaurants to collect customers’ names and contact information in order to reopen their businesses for customers who dine inside. In Austin, Texas, restaurants will track customers personal information and note exactly when they ate, where they ate, and which employees served them. In order to reopen, Kansas City, Missouri is demanding that businesses record the names, contact information, and approximate entry/exit time of customers who spend more than 10 minutes in establishments such as a churches, salons and restaurants.

Restaurants and businesses will become de facto government spies, keeping personal information of customers for thirty days.

A federal lawsuit has been filed against Linn County in Missouri to block the order, which authorizes warrantless searches and seizures. full article

Trump Mobilizing US Military to Deliver 300 Million Vaccines By the End of the Year

President Trump is mobilizing the US military, and “other forces”, to distribute a coronavirus vaccine that he predicted would be available at the end of the year. The program will focus on older Americans first. The White House has set a target of having 300 million vaccine doses by the end of 2020. No vaccines have been approved , though a number are under development. Producing and distributing a vaccine are seen as key steps to jump starting the US economy. President Trump, who has earned a lot of support in the past for criticizing the over zealousness of the pandemic, has now forgotten his words. full article

Canada Gives $800 Million to Bill Gates’ Vaccine Program Following Lobbying Campaign

Bill Gates used proxies to lobby Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to push mass vaccination on Canadian citizens and the vaccine agenda. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation co-founded GAVI, the Global Vaccine Alliance, which hired lobbying firm Crestview Strategy. Two lobbyists visited the Canadian Government on at least 19 occasions since 2018 on various “health” matters on behalf of GAVI, according to records in the Office of the Lobbying Commissioner.

Canada is now sending nearly $800 million to the GAVI Vaccine Alliance, a Gates’ affiliated organization that works with the WHO and the UN’s World Bank to push vaccines globally, and the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, an organization created by the WHO. The stated goal is to expand GAVI’s reach in vaccinations by advancing sexual and reproductive health programs. GAVI aims to bring new COVID vaccines, when available, to vulnerable countries. full article

A woman who took an online contact tracing course through Johns Hopkins University explains the isolation and quarantine rules in California. Healthy people may be quarantined for 14 days just because they were in the vicinity of someone who tested positive for COVID-19. In that way, healthy people can be quarantined over and over again without ever being sick.

In Washington state, Governor Inslee says that quarantines are voluntary, but if an individual refuses to comply with the quarantine “request”, the state may “use a detention order, enforced by the police, to insure your compliance.” Non-compliant individuals may be sent to prison and fined up to $2,000 per day for non-compliance. People in India are being denied access to stores, travel, and work if they don’t have a contact-tracing app. Every state has plans for contact tracing. full article
